Step 1: Sign Up
Step 1
Click ‘Sign In‘ on the Top Menu Bar. Then click ‘Not a member? Sign up‘ on the bottom left to register a new account.
Step 2
Fill in the ‘Sign Up‘ form. Please note:

Username:
Please use your Factory/ Company Name, not a personal username.

Email Address:
Please fill in a working business email from your company. This will be used for international buyers to contact you.

User Role:
Select ‘Supplier‘. This role will come with more capabilities such as claiming your listing, and having your Supplier info page.
Step 3
An email from Vietfactory will be sent to the email address you have used to sign up, containing the ‘Username‘ and ‘Password‘. Please use it to login.

Password:
The password provided is auto generated. Please use it for your first login. Then you can choose to update your password in the ‘Update your Profile‘ section.
Step 2: Edit / Update your Profile
Before you can claim or edit your listing, you need to provide necessary information in order for international buyers to view your full profile on site.
Login to the site. Then click ‘Update your Profile’ tab on the top right corner of the menu bar where your username is.
Please Note: The information that you enter here is important since it affects your ranking on search results and is the information international buyers use to contact you.

First + Last Name
Enter the First and Last Name of the Person in Contact of your company.

Email
This email will be used for our administrator verification and all contacts on site.

Phone
Enter a working phone number of your company that buyers can use to contact you.

Address
Enter your company full address. Use ‘Address 1st Line‘ and ‘Address 2nd Line‘ if your company has more than one address.

City, ZIP Code, State, Country
Please enter your city and country; VietFactory has users from all around the world.

About
You can write about your company bio and information here.

Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest
It is optional to provide social media links of your company.

New Password
You can update your password to replace the auto-generated password.
Finally, click ‘Update Profile‘ to complete the process.
Step 3: Claim your Listing
Step 1
Login to the site. Use your company Listing URL link we have provided you in the first outreach email from VietFactory.
On the right hand side of the site, find the ‘Claim Now‘ button and click on it.
Step 2
Fill in the information in the Listing Claim form to claim.

First + Last Name
Enter the First and Last Name of the Person in Contact of your company.

Business Email
Use the email address you used to sign up on the site.

Phone
Enter a working phone number of your company for verification.

Verification Details
Provide any information that can prove you own the listing, including:
- Text description providing Company Name, Website, etc.
- You can also attach any necessary company documents in ‘Attach File’ section to prove this.
Finally, click ‘Claim Your Business Now!’ to submit the Listing Claim form.
Step 3
Our support team will then review your claim and verify your information.
A notification email will be sent to the email you have provided if your claim is approved or declined after the review process.
If your claim is approved, you now have ownership of the listing. And:
- Your listing will have a ‘Claimed’ text next to your Company Name title.
- International buyers can now use the contact form on the right side bar of your listing to contact you directly for order request inquiries.
Step 4: Update your Listing
Step 1
If your claim for the listing is approved by VietFactory support team, you can now update your listing.
Login to the site. The click ‘Dashboard‘ on the top right corner where you username is.
Your User Dashboard will show up. On the sidebar to the left, click the ‘Listings‘ tab to find your listing.
Click on the ‘3-dots icon’ then click ‘Edit’ to customize your listing.
Step 2
Here is the Listing Editor page where you can customize and update your listing’s information.
Please Note: You will rank higher on search results, have more visitors come to your listing and receive more order requests by filling in more information on this page, so please provide all information that is needed. The more information you enter and the more photos you upload, the better.

Listing Title
Enter your Company Name in this field.

Slogan
Enter your company’s motto/ slogan/ mission statement.

City, Full Address
Enter the city where you company is, and the full address. This will be used for buyers to locate you.

Phone
Enter your working phone number of your company. You can enter multiple phone numbers and separate them by commas ‘,‘.

Website
Enter your company website if any.

Category
To help with search results, please choose one of the 12 categories on Vietfactory.com that your business belongs to.

Listing Features
Pick the correct features that are relevant to your business. This will help buyers filter search results more accurately to find you.

Description
Enter your company description such as Company Profile, Main Products. We recommend you write more than 500 characters in this field so you can rank higher in search results.

FAQ
Design your own ‘FAQ‘ tabs such as ‘Business Type‘, ‘Main Products‘, ‘Person in Contact‘, etc. This will be for potential buyers to have more knowledge about your company and your products/ services.

Tags or Keywords
Fill in tags or keywords to help buyers find you through search results. The tags/ keywords must be correct and relevant and can be your Main Business Category, Main Product and Business Type, etc. Separate multiple keywords by commas ‘,‘.

Video
Add a Youtube video link to introduce your company and your products/services. If you have an internal video file of your company, please upload that on Youtube and paste the link here. This helps with your ranking on search results.

Images
Images are important to make your listing stand out. To complete your profile, you need to add images to your listing.
Each listing has two Image sections:

Banner Images
Upload images that will appear on the top banner of your listing. We recommend that you upload at least 5 images to this section.

Gallery Images (Other Images)
Upload more images to the ‘Other Images‘ gallery that will appear at the bottom of your listing to help your listing stand out from the crowd. Click ‘Add Row‘ and drag files onto the field. We recommend that you upload at least 5 images to this section.
Please Note: It is recommended that each image is high quality, not blurry, less than 1mb, and it could be either JPEG or PNG format.
Finally, click the ‘Update & Preview’ button to complete updating your listing.
Step 5: Receive Orders from International Buyers
Now you are ready to use VietFactory.com to grow your business.
International buyers will have the opportunity to find your company through VietFactory.com. You will then receive more order inquiries from all over the world and start taking your business to the next level.
